SUMMARY:DNS – Exercise Course – Part 1
DESCRIPTION:This intensive two-day course provides healthcare professionals, movement specialists, and trainers with a comprehensive introduction to the principles and applications of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Rooted in developmental kinesiology, DNS offers a structured approach to understanding human movement, postural control, and functional stability, linking early developmental patterns to adult motor function and dysfunction.\nParticipants will gain a solid foundation in DNS principles, practical assessment strategies, and corrective exercise techniques applicable in both clinical and performance settings. The course combines theoretical lectures with hands-on practice to ensure participants can effectively integrate DNS methods into their daily work.\nBy the end of the program, participants will be able to:\n\nDemonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of developmental kinesiology.\nDescribe the relationship between early developmental milestones and locomotor dysfunction in adulthood.\nDiscuss and demonstrate the basis of human movement: support, stepping forward, biomechanics of motor function, the verticalization process, and functional joint centration.\nEvaluate and correct dysfunctional respiratory patterns.\nAssess the integrated stabilizing system of the spine using both observation and dynamic functional tests.\nIntegrate DNS corrective exercises from developmental positions (supine, prone, low kneeling, oblique sit, quadruped) and apply them within broader exercise strategies.\n\nThis course is designed for physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, athletic trainers, strength & conditioning coaches, and other professionals seeking evidence-based methods to enhance movement quality, optimize performance, and support rehabilitation.\nJoin us to build a strong foundation in DNS and elevate your clinical and training practice with proven strategies that connect developmental movement patterns to functional stability in adulthood.\n\nCourse Fee: : 485 € (+100 € DNS Fee ( https://www.rehabps.cz/rehab/course.php?c_id=3796 ))\nCourse Language: englisch\nInstructor: Jakub Novák, DPT, Ph.D.\nCourse Date:\nSaturday, 14.11.2026, 8:30 – 18:00 Uhr\nSunday, 15.11.2026, 9:00 – 17:00 Uhr\nREGISTRATION – ANMELDUNG\nAGB´S – de\nAGB´S – en\n \n
